- persons aged 14 years and over have to pay a local tax of € 1,70 per night
- the prices include also the "mobile and activ Card", which permits you to use for free the public transport in South Tyrol and to participate on some program points of our tourism associations along the Souttirolean Wine Route
- for overnight accomodation without dinner we grant a discount of € 30,00

- for families with children we make special offers
- children up to 3 years are staying free in our house
- for domestic animals we compute up to € 9,00 per day without fodder
- free entry to the Golf Club Freudenstein (only 500 meters from our house) and reduced prices at Golf and Country Südtirol
